The Dykman Culture
A legendary management consultant once said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” At Dykman, our culture trumps everything; it’s what defines us as a company and separates us from others. Our story began back in 1981 when Allen Dykman was selling motors out of his garage and his wife, Dixie, was supporting the family by working as an interior designer. Fast forward a few years and we now have branches across the country.
